Could someone share their experience with the treatment of prostate cancer with HIFU technology? Ur help appreciated?

My father must be treated in 2 months.We decide method.Indian yet the doctor is not encouraging to my father to go to this level Gleason technology.His 2 +2 and PSA 32, when the volume is 45 * 35 * 36.Density is 31ml.Please help us know whether HIFU can help dad.Your my immediate response is highly appreciated.
