What might find a place for a photo to be in the ????!? Prostate

My boyfriend has been battling for over 8 mos. It has a pain in your lower belly, "which he takes a long time to pee, vomit blood was on the occasions that I thought might be an ulcer, eating tons of fat in your diet, but does not gain weight. When he went to his doctor and finally told him what was wrong, they did an X-ray which revealed a "spot" the size of a dime to your prostate. Your doctor is only a chiropractic office. Awaits his call for another apptmt. For now, we're worried to death! Can anyone reassure me!? My boyfriend is only 28 years.

I have no idea what place can be found in the prostate using an X-ray, but prostate cancer is not visible on the radiograph. It is in an MRI and some of its new Ultra and they now have a new combination of PET / CT from GE, the discovery that cancer of the prostate show. Tell your boyfriend to go to a urologist if you have a prostate problem and not playing with a chiropractor.
