If given half an hour talking about food, how about you?

They gave me half an hour before people open-minded. As a pure vegetarian (vegan), they have much to say about food. For example, I can talk about food categories that are wrong: – Dairy – correlation with heart disease, breast cancer and prostate cancer – Meat – rBGH, antibiotics, cholesterol – Fish – DDT, heavy metals, cholesterol – Additives – excitotoxins, MSG, aspartame Should I talk about healthy eating: – green leafy vegetables – The Whole grain – Vegetables – Fruits – Omega-3, B12, D3 me talk about food policy: – FDA, USDA – Monsanto – fast food – political participation and media Should I talk about animal abuse? I do not want to alienate these people. How about you?

Ok, I'll start by saying that I look at food from a point of welfare for animals, ie meat eaters, but only from animals that had a decent lifestyle and death of man. However, I am totally open to the views of others and enjoy hearing the opinions there. If I listened to half an hour cat, I'd rather hear about why he considers the good vegan way of eating. So, perhaps, about the health benefits with just how the meat can be so bad. I would stay away from politics because it is a very unstable area that can make people very ill comfortable. Personally bother me if someone talks too much about the bad things that I know there are extreme problems in the way which animals are kept for food additives and food, etc. I like people to present a simple argument with some points of advantage can going to discuss. He must present all information fairly with all the scientific evidence to back them up and keep their personal feelings found too strong. Not every bit as stressful as it can be very boring for anyone who disagrees with you. I hope people will listen seriously and be more willing to enter into a discussion of the points. Hope this helps:)
