Can you stay awake for a hydrocele retirement?

My urologist is pretty sure he has a hydrocele (diagnosis prostatitis and epididymitis) and I'm getting a scan on Monday. It does not hurt, and not too big, but I may decide to have it removed. I know he may drain the fluid or do real surgery. Can you stay awake if you have the surgery itself?

You can stay awake during the procedure just to get a local to numb the area. Surgery is the best option that will resolve drainage, but for now only liquid-filled again. during surgery medical fluid extract and the bag containing the hydrocele is less likely to return. By the way, if you prostititis chronic and / or surgery can not aggravate epididymitis
