Prostatitis, what are your treatment options? ** 10 points?

my husband has dealt with discomfort for the past few years, prostatitis. His last visit to a urologist prescribed me an antibiotic, which helped, but only temporarily. His discomfort / pain is now back and I ready for him to do something! I hate seeing her suffer when treatment options are available. Can you tell me what are our options? Does anyone have a great experience with one in particular? Thank you in advance!
