Should I see another urologist?

I have seen three urologists for what was diagnosed as prostatitis and were not satisfied with the treatment / reasons to date. I still can not feel and I really want to cut it in the ass. I was expecting to see another doctor the same firm. Should I? Or is 4 doctors so different?

I figure you have been treated with antibiotics to take, and said that prostatitis lasts 30 days or more to get rid him. It took almost 60 days that take your medicine and a little patience.
