Why is my dog bleeding from penis?

I called the vet who r using it here in the North says it will happen. but he made it on an envelope which he had tried last summer to the heart. So I do not know what is going on I antibiotics r and no help I think not. but your not bad. when reading some articles online about this and I read about dogs haveing prostate and problems bleeding penis was a sideaffect. So what I'm doing, which led to this. vet or let it go keep antibiotics? which is 3 years and I have nuettered not a woman but she is spayed and I know this is not what it is. is also a pit bull if it means something

Must be taken to another veterinarian for evaluation. Might have an infection, could have prostate problems, which might even calculations bladder.
