Prostatitis?

I need help. I spent 26 years and Iv'e been to this once a year, at the same time. It seems to have the Sytems Like the rest. I can feel a pain in the litte before, but not when a pee. I am a bit of pus in the other direction when I go to the bathroom. Sometimes I feel like the flu, that syrtems but not the flu. It hurts when you sit. I do not insurnce health, I just wanted to see what could do on my own if anything? Thank you
