What would be the reduction of the success of PSA after radiotherapy for prostate cancer?

72 years for men with a PSA 7.3. If I were to receive radiation, which would be a result of high radiation only if the extent of PSA score?

For a man of 72, then a number PSA of 4 or 5 may be normal, not cancer. It is likely that, after radiotherapy, the PSA is below this level, perhaps less than 1. The key is how long it stays low and if the alternative (probably hormonal) treatment is necessary to keep levels down. With PSA of 7.3 that cancer is probably confined to the prostate and therefore much easier to control. Many more people die from cancer of his prostate.
