The radical prostatectomy?

I am 45 and was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I had a radical prostatectomy in June and last week was my first PSA result from surgery. Was 0.03. Can anyone tell me what that means. My doctor does not indicate one way or another, he has only to wait and observe and monitor the following results.

Next a PSA of 0.03 of a TERP is encouraging … usually after the procedure to the PSA remain elevated for some time. The reason to doubt your doctor may give more time to monitor the tumor markers mentioned in the case of incomplete resection, the local recurrence or metastatic … Good luck …
