Yoga is just after lunch is harmful?
Hello, few days before facing the problem of prostatitis. Thus medical I suggested taking a hot bath and exercise regularly.I am following the suggestion of doctors and do one hour a day of yoga and walks at night after Office upon arrival. I have a doubt in my mind that doing yoga in the afternoon on my lunch hour and after lunch I'll blow finishhing yoga. Is there a problem if I go directly to the food after yoga? Today I did an analysis of fitness in which I I've found that proteins and minerals deficiancy so how I can increase the level of protein and minerals in the body? If Please suggest on the protein, and diets rich in minerals. Thank you in advance.
