Question frequent urination?

I drink lots of water throughout the day and take cranberry pills daily. Probably about 70 ml of water. I do not drink because I'm thirsty, I drink because I want to be healthy. Because of my high water consumption, I make many trips to the bathroom. Probably 8.10 a day. I looked if it was bad and everything that arises is diabetes. One thing that scares me is that usually rises in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. For example, last night, I had cranberry juice before going to bed at 12:30 and I went to the bathroom. I woke up at 4:30 and had to go to the toilet, but I was not. So at 6:30 he was at its height, I had to get up and pee, so I did. Then when I finally woke up at 8:30, I had to go again. I recently received antibiotics for prostatitis if you still may be to do with it, but my question is, is this normal air with my water consumption high and cranberry juice before going to bed?

I think the frequent urination is the amount of water you drink. 70 oz is more than the recommended daily amount of an individual should drink. It is true that it is necessary for water to stay hydrated, but you can too well hydrated and to live with the concentration of electrolytes in the body. It is also very likely that you had to urinate during the night and morning because you've been drinking cranberry juice before going to bed. I've done before, certainly not a good idea. Try reducing the amount of liquid you drink. If you eat a healthy diet, you really need to take at least 30 to 40 ounces of liquid. This does not always mean the water. Cranberry juice is a good choice other than water. If you still have to go 8 to 10 times a day after drinking less, you should consult a urologist.
