Help prostatitis?

Anyone can help me. The doctors told me that I have prostatitis [pain nonbacterial in the groin area, burning urination, difficulty staying seated] I used all kinds of antibiotics without luck. It has been two years and I feel miserable. .. And I saw 3 doctors with no luck. Please help
