Asked about the prostate?

I am 23 years old and was diagnosed with prostatitis. My doctor says it's because I feel in my work all day, never exercise and not drinking water. Thus, to help heal the condition that I started drinking water. Today I had a container of 26 oz of liquid water and some others and I was urinating like crazy. It feels like I have to pee every 30 minutes. Sometimes when I'm done, I feel I have to go back 5 or 10 minutes later. Is this a sign that the infection / Inflammation is better or worse? And I wonder, when you have prostatitis, is it normal to feel that you must go to the bathroom all the time? Before, I wanted to go toilet all the time, now I'm really much to urinate every time. Is this normal?
