Prostatitis and frequent urination?

I have medication for prostatitis on Tuesday. Since I was diagnosed (Two weeks ago), I started to drink more water to help my body. Before going to the doctor would go to the bathroom bathroom and now I really gotta go. Volume 60-70 ounces of water a day and now think I'm going to the bathroom every hour to hour and a half. Is this normal? I do not know if the infection is not entirely clear yet, or what happens. I think another week before I check with the doctor, but did it happen anyone?
