How you must use this medicine?

Nitroglycerin • medicines for the heart or chest pain such as amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, mononitrate, nitroglycerin, even if they are taken only occasionally
Cialis may also interact with the following medications:
• Bosentan
• certain antibiotics such as clarithromycin, erythromycin, troleandomycin
• The drugs against epilepsy such as carbamazepine, phenytoin and phenobarbital
• cimetidine
• Cisapride
• Diltiazem
grapefruit juice •
• medicines for fungal infections (fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, voriconazole)
• mibefradil
nicardipine •
• certain drugs for the treatment of infection by HIV or AIDS
• quinidine
• rifabutin, rifampin or rifapentine
• some medicines for treating depression, anxiety or other mood disorders (eg fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, nefazodone)
• Verapamil
Tell your doctor or health care professional about all other medicines you are taking, including non-prescription medicines, nutritional supplements or herbal products. Also tell your doctor or health professional if you are a frequent user of drinks with caffeine or alcohol, if you smoke or use illegal drugs. These may affect the operation of your medication. Ask your health care professional before stopping or starting of your medication.

What side effects Can I overdose?
Side effects that you should tell your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
• Changes in vision
• chest pain or palpitations
• difficulty breathing, shortness of breath
• dizziness
• swelling of eyelids
• prolonged erection (longer than 4 hours)
• rash, itching
Side effects that require no medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
• back pain
• redness
• headache
• indigestion
• muscle
• runny or stuffy nose

What should I watch while taking tadalafil?
Contact your doctor immediately if the erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if it becomes painful. This can be a sign of priapism and must be treated immediately to prevent permanent damage.
If you experience symptoms of nausea, dizziness, pain chest pain or pain in the arm at the beginning of sexual activity after tadalafil use, you should refrain from further activity and should discuss the episode with your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible.
Do not drink alcohol to excess (For example, 5 glasses of wine or 5 shots of whiskey) when taking Cialis. When taken in excess, alcohol can increase your chances of obtaining headache or dizziness, increased heart rate or lowering your blood pressure.

Using tadalafil does not protect you or your partner against HIV infection (the virus that causes AIDS) or other sexually transmitted diseases.

Where can I keep my medicine?
Keep out of reach of children in a container that small children can not open.
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
