What should I do with my medication?

I tried to get more of prostatitis for about 2-3 months. I was prescribed Cipro but had to stop the side effects of medications. They prescribed me Bactrim, but discovered he was allergic to it. Doxycycline and it worked then, but when I finished my dose of infection seems to be back. I saw a second doctor and was prescribed again Bactrim, and really put me in the emergency room with an allergic reaction. The ER doctor prescribed Cipro again and I did not know until I left. I'm pretty frustrated with the situation and I really want to find relief soon. Should I call my urologist and ask what to take next or perhaps Cipro try again?

Cipro and Bactrim are the two best medicines you can use for prostatitis and in that order. Yes, you can ask our urologist but I'll probably say what I mean. It takes at least 10 days to 2 weeks for the infection to go away and yes, you can come back and maybe take something for a couple of months. Bactrim I took over a year once, but was reduced to one per day for 8 months from the time.
