You can urinate a high salt intake common cause?
In recent months I have been urinating more than usual. No pain, burning, or something like that. Not even emergency. Just more and more often, even when I'm drinking heavily. I was even awake all night (usually once) to go, it will usually occur. Her glucose levels and by all see that almost 9 months and have been perfect, no history history of diabetes, overweight and I am far, so I really doubt that is diabetes. In addition, I am only 24, so that prostate problems are not really very likely, right? What I wonder is, as much salt. I read in another answer here that can cause fluid retention, which can cause frequent urination. Is this a possibility? Thank you in advance.
In short, yes. A salt (sodium) can cause fluid retention and micturition increased. It is also possible that a diet high in sodium can also cause dehydration, and reduce the frequency of urination. I am also 24 years old and I am here to tell you that you grow old. For about 2 years (give or take), I started to get up in the middle of the night to urinate and felt that I too have been most often during the day. I have a diet high in salt, and I'm healthy. I am not overweight, diabetes or who suffer from prostate problems. I check your diet and see if you started eating or increased use of some thing diuretic (increases the frequency of urination), such as coffee, tea, colas, etc.
