prostate urgency

I'm 40 years after Prostate.I diagonised once at night to urinate?

Duing the day, I have no desire to urinate, but their problems at the beginning of the flow of urine and then and then down a bit. Is this condition has been extended or advanced cancer. My foot is swollen bit there, is it something to do with prostate cancer .. Anyone to share experiences

If you have been diagnosed with a prostate problem appears to be benign. If it is cancer and said he had started treatment. You must have a PSA blood test which showed the probability of cancer is so chances are it is benign. They probably give you a drug called finasteride to reduce the size of prostate. There is a herbal remedy called saw palmetto which has a similar effect. But talk to your doctor and get professional advice. Rise night, the slow flow and on starting to urinate and dribbling after all signs of an enlarged prostate. It happens to all men aged 40 +, but most have no problem with it. The swelling of the feet has nothing to do with it. This could be water retention if it is difficult to talk to your doctor about this. You can prescribed diuretics if anything but good. Good luck
