With a PSA score of 50 I had a biopsy. This shows that cancer found.Should not ignore my problem now?

I have regular tests PSA and my numbers are still roughly same. seem to have no problem. Am I out of the woods? I wish I had a prostate operation in any way or another person, even biopsy op.Does the latest ideas on what to do about prostate problems?

Robb is correct. The only problem with biopsy is that it may lose cancer. Probably need to obtain a second biopsy. So, you know your number of free PSA is it?
