My friend and adult male prostate cancer and 4 years of their PSA level is 4.4?

He recently underwent surgery to cut the balls However, the cancer has spread to their bones, especially in the upper body and right across the lumbar spine. Having pain in lower back. I heard, the elevated PSA levels you have, not a good thing. His wife wants to start making arrangements, but he refuses. Can anyone give some information on what stage you are or how long you may have. thanks
