Life expectancy of Stage 4 chronic kidney disease?

My father is 91 and in step 4 of the UPC. Him, like any other disease besides dementia, mild hypertrophy of the prostate. (Catheter installed 3 years ago) has been chosen not to undergo dialysis. Or any other drug. Are we talking months or a year or more? Her glomerular filtration rate has recently increased 23% to 25%. Please give me right. Thank you.
