I am a relatively young man, but I been having problems with sex long term. My libido is still high because I'm too young to be able to achieve orgasm several times in a short period of time than most of the time is short for my initial sexual encounter. I know I'm urinating more often and I have difficulty maintaining bladder for a while once you get the urge I have to pee. I did not have my prostate checked to see if extended, but I wonder if an enlarged prostate could possible be the reason for rapid climax during intercourse.

You need to consult a doctor. You can have a kidney, bladder, or prostate infection. Try to drink more water and go see a doctor. An enlarged prostate that makes it difficult for you to reach orgasm and could cause problems to have and maintain and erection. It looks more like a bladder infection or kidney. Go see a doctor.
