Is there anything better than saw palmetto for prostate?

I've been taking saw palmetto to help urine flow and not get up several times a night? Any other suggestions? Also, why is that when they take medications for colds or congestion that things seem much evil … extremely slow flow … much of the night …. etc.?

I also heard that it was Palmento help the flow urine. When you are taking medicines for colds, there is probably something that slows the flow. Also a good idea to masturbate regularly assists prostate.
