2nd stage of prostate cancer?

My father told me and the 2nd stage prostate cancer is 82 years old in good condition running every day. She adv early morning radiation treatment for 5 days per week for 9 weeks of hormone injections and VN. Y Does anyone else out there know the person of age who lived or as good / informative site I can go?
