enlarged prostate or hemorrhoids?

I'm 22 years for men. Recently, I had the feeling that my prostate (Or something in the region) is extended. I notice that at the time of the meeting, or lying. Recently, I had urine tests, while they have become negative. I know I have external hemorrhoids, so I was wondering if what I experience is a hemorrhoid internally. I had difficulty urinating light, and difficulty maintaining an erection (usually not a problem.) I pain in the urethra, and not when urinating, but mostly sit around. Is it possible to effect prostate hemorrhoids? Thank you for any help.
