Question of the prostate? Help please!

For about a year i have random (once or twice a month) had symptoms after an ejaculation, and found that these symptoms occur more often in the last week. After ejaculation i get a frequent need to urinate, but usually only spend small amounts of urine. Generally, it feels like I'm not completely emptied the bladder. I feel burning in the urethra and gives me a little pain in my abdomen (near the bladder). These symptoms last about an hour or more after ejaculation. I got up view of symptoms and a possible answer could be prostatitis, but I no fever or chills and the only time there is a discomfort after ejaculation. I am only 18, which is very strange because the problems prostate are more common in older men. Does anyone know what this could be? or what should I do?

Chris, while fever or chills are common in prostatitis, are not absolutely necessary. The burning sensation may be a low infection level leaky plant somewhere on the road and could partly be driven by prostatitis. If I were you, I fall into the local medical clinic (or go see your family doctor) and explain what happens. It is preferable to have it checked if it lasts for a year.
