Information on the treatment of prostate
the prostate is a gland the size of a walnut that is only present in men. It is just below the bladder and surrounds the urethra, the tube through which urine flows from the bladder to the penis. One of the main functions of the prostate gland is to produce prostatic fluid, one component of semen.

BPH is not life threatening, but it is important for early diagnosis. BPH causes severe large amounts of urine to stay in the bladder after urination. Severe BPH may also reflect a significant obstruction that could lead to recurrent infections of the urinary tract, as well as bladder and / or kidneys. Early detection and treatment significantly reduces the risk of these complications.
The cause of cancer prostate is unknown, although some studies have shown a link between diet rich in fat and higher levels of testosterone. Treatment
Treatment of an enlarged prostate is determined by your signs and symptoms and severity.
