Is there an alternative treatment of prostate cancer for alcoholics?

My father had his prostate removed 7 years ago. About a year and a half his PSA began to rise again so that three sets of radiation treatments. The PSA continues to rise, so chemically castrated. It seems that cancer has become immune to the absence of testosterone and PSA levels doubled last month.
