Cruciferous vegetables against cancer …?

I read that cruciferous vegetables prevent cancer of the breast and prostate cancer everywhere. I have a family history of breast cancer, but I like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. I never tried the watercress. Does anyone know if this taste as bad as the other two, and where can I buy? I can not find it at HEB or Walmart.

All the food you have mentioned are very good for you and in my opinion, delicious. But please do not rely on them to prevent breast, prostate or any other cancer. Plentyof I always ate these plants, and many others, I am vegetarian since most of my life and a vegan diet for 12 years, cutting many foods that tend to blame the cancer. None of this prevented me from receiving a diagnosis of grade 3 cancer Within four years ago. There is no evidence to prove that any food or to prevent or cause cancer
