Six simple steps to prevent skin cancer

Now that summer is here many people spend more time enjoying full air heat of the sun. Studies have shown that the sun is really necessary to prevent certain cancers (lung, colon, breast and prostate), the diabetes, multiple sclerosis and asthma. However, people can often get too much of a good thing. You must be careful when you go to outside. To prevent skin cancer is very important to follow these steps.

1) Use a hat with two to three inches of the edge around and wear a shirt with long sleeves and long pants. Well denim, as are better than loosely woven cotton or linen.
