How does it feel like retrograde ejaculation?

I had surgery (prostate turp) and was told that probably have retrograde ejaculation. It has been awhile since the surgery and I have no orgasm or ejaculation. My most great fear is happening. I have no answer. Nothing. My doctor told me that my nerves were damaged during surgery. How does it feel to have retrograde ejaculation? Maybe does not matter, because it could be lost forever.

Speaking from personal experience that feels exactly the same as it was before surgery. No I knew it was happening for several months. The effect is to ejaculate in your bladder and will then ejaculate during urination. You can continue to function during sex activity, you will not be able to tell the whole difference, except that they take it.
