Allergies are not just in your head

Allergies are probably what if your nose is stuffy or runny nose and sneezing. Do you feel not only because millions of people have it too.

Some people use antihistamines and decongestants to relieve their allergies. But be sure not to overuse of these bodies. If your stomach gets upset when taking antihistamines, you should try to take a snack or with milk.

You should not take antihistamines if you have asthma, glaucoma, difficulty respiratory, chronic lung disease or if you have an enlarged prostate which makes it difficult for you to urinate.

If you use a vaporizer decongestant unused for more than three days. Using more than three days can actually make congestion worse. You should not use a decongestant if you have diabetes, thyroid disease, heart disease or an enlarged prostate. Or use a decongestant spray if you take medicines for depression or blood pressure.

There are also some natural remedies you can use to help your allergies but something to be addressed in a future article. So for now remain a few steps from pollen and dander that cause so much misery.
