Prosta Strong Effectiveness:
It is possible to be effective. Several studies made by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCAM) showed that saw palmetto can treat symptoms associated with BPH and mostly was confined to its effects on urination regularity.

Consumer Safe: It is a bit safe to use by the consumer. There are reports that saw palmetto may cause mild stomach discomfort and breast tenderness but it is only happens on a rare occasion.
Conclusion:
Prosta Strong’s strongest ingredients are both Saw palmetto and zinc which have a proven ability to improve the health of the prostate. I would not recommend this supplement as a solid cure for BPH symptoms because it is only been proven to moderately improve some BPH symptoms with a questionable efficacy against prostate cancer.

You better do some research on Saw Palmetto. It DOES Shrink the prostate gland according to my Urologist, who by the way is the chief of Urology at the Cleveland clinic . Saw palmetto is very effective in treating BPH, and increase urine flow as well.
