What Is Prost-8?
Prost-8 is an all-natural prostate health supplement from Hampshire Labs a Minneapolis based company that specializes in direct mail letters that promise big things but deliver poor products.
Prost-8 boasts that it is the number one product in the world for “optimum prostate health” which they have claimed to eliminate prostate problems with its eight core ingredients, including beta-sitosterol, zinc citrate and several inflammation-fighting sterols. Calling these ingredients their 8 secret weapons that targets the prostate gland.
Another thing being claim by Prost-8 is that it can improve urinary and sexual problems within weeks by reducing the size of the prostate a known leading cause of most prostate and urinary problems including benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH).
It is strange on how it can do all these if it contains no saw palmetto and Pygeum the two absolutely essential compounds for men’s prostate health making a purchase of Prost-8 a waste of your money.
Prost-8 Ingredients:
Prost-8 contains a multivitamin complex of extracted beta-sitosterols, campesterols, stigmasterols, brassicasterols, zinc citrate, and pumpkin seed oil, Prost-8 promises these are the best ingredients for improving your prostate health fast without the risk of additional side effects.
Prost-8 Effectiveness:
Not effective at all. Prost-8 is missing Saw Palmetto making it sterols useless. In the first place it is Saw Palmetto that allows these sterols to reduce prostate inflammation.
To make things worse their ingredient extracted beto-sitosterol increases a man’s risk for erectile dysfuction (ED) and poor libido thus resulting into Prost-8 actually causing sexual problems instead of curing them.
Also no convincing evidence is available that states pumpkin seed oil may improve prostate health. There may be plenty of evidence from health companies like WHFoods.org trying to sell pumpkin seed oil and claiming it treats BPH but doesn’t explain why (or how). Due to this lack of evidence it is probable that Prost-8 isn’t telling the whole truth about their supplement.
Consumer Safety:
No it is not safe at all and very dangerous to use. Extracted beto-sitosterol is reported to causes an increase in a person’s risk for ED or lowered libido that could lead to impairing numerous sexual functions. Also in some reports beto-sitosterol causes nausea, diarrhea and constipation.
Conclusion:
Saw Palmetto paired with sterols can be very effective but the problem is Prost-8 contains so much sterols and no Saw Palmetto at all making it useless since it won’t be able to shrink the prostate. Despite that its other ingredients may worsen sexual dysfunction making the claims of what Prost-8 can cure into false reality.
