What are the signs and symptoms of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome?

I think I have prostatitis I do not know if it is bacterial or nonbacterial, but I am scheduled to see my doctor today. I ask that this is not so ignorant when I talk to my doctor. Thank you very much.

Signs and symptoms of chronic prostatitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP / CPPS) is characterized by pelvic or perineal pain without evidence of urinary tract infection, which lasts more than 3 months, as the key symptom. Symptoms may come and go. The pain can vary from mild discomfort to debilitating. Pain may radiate to the back and rectum, making it difficult to sit down. Dysuria, arthralgia, myalgia, unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, constant burning sensation in the penis, and frequency all may be present. urinary frequency and urgency may suggest interstitial cystitis (bladder inflammation centered instead of the prostate). Post-ejaculatory pain, mediated by nerves and muscles is a characteristic of the state and serves to distinguish patients with CP / CPPS men with BPH or normal men. Some patients report decreased libido, sexual dysfunction and erectile dysfunction. Good luck and encouragement!
