Biology Help … question of the prostate?

I'm stuck on this question. I found two answers … What do you think. I think … It is a difficult question: Which of the following statements is not true of prostate disease.? Irregular growth) nodules in prostate can be detected by digital rectal examination. C) The blood test can be used to detect prostate disease. I deleted the others I knew were not correct. Thank you all, sincerely appreciate all the answers. Sincerely thank you Mandy

hmmm both are incorrect. You can do a digital rectal exam to detect an enlarged prostate, lymph irregular is a sign of cancer and a blood test for PSA specific (PSA) may indicate a prostate disease. However, it would take a closer look, because it is only specific to the prostate, does not tell you exactly This happens, for example, an increase might be related to age, due to inflammation or cancer. (But then, a rectal Firth also require an investigation.) Maybe the wrong questions, I'm pretty sure it's fine with both. Oh, and heres something about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostate_specific_antigen PSA oh and interesting that can produce a PSA increased by digital rectal examination. shoukdnt then do the blood test too soon after the Dominican Republic. In ticks Short-id A and C, rage against the machine, the fight against the establishment.
