Very afraid that I have a skin cancer, for some reason …!?

He had a mole on my arm looking place, and I feel as I have been there for long. It was round, black, and grew up a little. Cut stupid because I was afraid every time I vu! Thinking rationally, I can almost be certain that cancer is not, since I'm only 15 years, and almost never leave the sun, but I am always frightened for some reason. My uncle was diagnosed with prostate cancer if you have something to do with it. A good friend of mine recently survived cancer and lymphoma. I do not know what to think … It seemed so small, almost like a mole, but I'm not sure .. Freckles may be black? Does anyone have any guarantees for me? I see my endocrinologist soon but I do not know if I can cope until then all this trouble! I am not diabetic I have hypothyroidism.
