Tomotherapy the latest advancement in Hi-Tech Cancer Treatment
TomoTherapy, a commercialized form of IMRT systems are are more recent management of radioactivity. First used in 2003, TomoTherapy treatment is so new that many oncologists are not even trained. However, Tomotherapy is the speed and is now used in over 100 locations in the United States, Europe and Asia.
TomoTherapy The term comes from the Greek word "tomos" which means "section". The TC, for example, medical technology is that the images "sections" of the body, most commonly called "cuts" in the medical community. Therefore, TomoTherapy could be called "cut therapy."
The "cut" comes from the ability TomoTherapy to deliver radiation from multiple angles, instead of several fixed positions, like the Tower delivery system around the patient. This allows a continuous distribution of radiation to the target, providing a higher dose than is traditionally possible.
In addition, TomoTherapy combines form very sophisticated conformal radiotherapy with intensity modulation (IMRT) treatment planning, CT and image guided positioning patient. Combining these technologies allows radiation oncologists to obtain an updated image of the date of a tumor location, position patient, then a direct treatment before delivery, and make last minute adjustments if necessary.
Essentially, TomoTherapy allows greater precision delivering high doses of radiation and minimizing damage to healthy tissue and 6aS treatment and recovery.

Is there a treatment for prostate cancer that does not eliminate the possibility of having sex?
This will seem strange – just face that fact. But I read that for a man to reduce your risk of prostate cancer later in life, you need to ejaculate at least 5 times per week for 20 years. That's a lot of sexual activity, and to be honest, no regular access to a woman … It is a kind of task. So, if not I do that, and prostate cancer later, is there a way to get rid of it without dying or losing (the prostate and therefore my ability to have sex)? Thank you. Sex without ejaculation? How horrible.
Why are you putting in agony, Bubba – Concern for something or may even happen? If you're really interested, pick up the phone and call the office the doctor and ask the same question. You want to get more professional advice there.
