No chronic bacterial prostatitis?!?

Iv'e been diagnosed by rectal examination in urine without infection. Is it possible that my prostate gland can be infected with a negative result of the infection in the urine sample? I have no pain constant urging, I was wondering what is causing the emergency? Not completely empty your bladder after urinating or an enlarged prostate by pushing against the bladder? How long have hoped that state? What can I do to feel better? This condition causes no damage to the bladder or urethra?!
