Broccoli is strong medicine

I hated broccoli as a child. For me, it was at the height of the liver, well, almost. I Broccoli avoided like the plague. In fifteen years, I started reading articles on health.

In short, broccoli eat, your body will reward you. And keep in mind that boiled or cooked broccoli with any method that is submerged in water for cooking eliminates many valuable nutrients. O vapor, even broccoli stir fry is a much better job of preserving the effects of health.

Of course, eating raw is great. Almost always eaten raw in salads, but first I want to give a spray with peroxide hydrogen or vinegar to remove pesticides.
