How do I get my in-laws to fix your dog? It is a problem around my daughter?

My dog laws "is four years, UN-sterilized. Who were supposed to meet, but did nothing. Being neutered dogs are calmer because they are all so set forward on hormones. It is so spastic that will knock my only daughter a year and sit on her lap when someone. There is no control and I am afraid to hurt. I know it could just be his personality, but other parents have dogs from the same litter to be fixed and nothing like him (much quieter). When I told my mother-in to fix it I put it by saying it would be good for the dog (probably lower prostate cancer / testis). It was like, "I know", but that's all. She did nothing. I think she wants to do something good for your health and to protect her granddaughter hurt him, but I think not. My husband said he can not remove it and do down to those, lol. What should I do?

After puberty (18 months to 2 years) transformation of a dog can not really affect their personality. Sterilization does not solve everything. Can dog crate when your daughter is there, you can teach the dog manners is obedience, or you can not take your daughter to visit him. Personally, I insist on a box, or the dog is on leash and take control of the leash. Also avoid harnesses dog jumping, but I'm not a big fan of them, and can not comment on their effectiveness. It seems that the dog has no manners, that sterilization is no cure.
