Enlarged prostate – My uncle 91 years has an enlarged prostate and had a suprapubic catheter inserted?

The suprapubic catheter was introduced in March. Has been in pain every day since and the doctors do not seem to be able to do something for him. It was pain clinics and nothing positive came out well. It's very frustrating to see someone's age in pain every day and do could do nothing about it.
