Can an enlarged prostate feels good in a strange way?

I have a lot of urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate but my libido is still more than usual. I can not get an erection, but I can still masturbate, do body and ejaculation even if it takes much longer than usual. But even while walking, I am constantly stimulated just below my penis. However, I only heard of painful symptoms of prostate cancer. While this is not really "beautiful" is not really painful either. Does someone knows anything about this?

Are you sure you have an enlarged prostate (which is your age?). For me, the most likely to face any prostatitis or urinary tract infection or irritation that involved the whole pelvic region (the "strange" feeling). Get a laboratory manual (urine) to see what is happening.
