Aggressive cancer of the prostate?

My brother was just diagnosed with prostate cancer very aggressive. I was not at the event. my mother was so I limited information. The T3 may be T4, which are the beginning of his hormone therapy and chemotherapy on Friday we talk to someone about how her in a clinical trial. I had cancer prostate and therefore is one of my friends. I do not know their PSA scores. Mine was 7.4 (and is not false). My friends were over 17. I opted for radiotherapy. My friends were so advanced that it had to use radiation and Theraseed. I do not think that clinical trials does not mean there is not much hope. His main concern is whether or not it has spread to lymph nodes. It is a major concern. If given a choice between radiation and Theraseed the cure rate is almost equal. Somewhere around 97%.
