CHRONIC bacterial prostatitis Help?

Just found out that I have been suffering with CHRONIC BACTERIAL PROSTATITIS for 10 years now. You just can’t bet some clever doctors who kept on giving me paracetamol saying there was nothing wrong!!!

Anyway the question is, can I get Cancer from having this CBP for so long?

I don’t think you can get cancer from a bacterial infection. I’m not sure how your medical system works in the UK but here in the US your DR. would do a sensitivity culture to find an antibiotic the infectious agent is sensitive to. (kill it).
The organism is most likely a gram negative anaerobic bacteria. There are effective antibiotics for most of them and a 14 day course of antibiotics, drinking lots of water and refraining from any activity which would irritate the prostate like bicycle riding or sitting for long periods would effect a cure.
