Does anyone know how to answer this question?

In adults, over 90% of all cancers are adenoma (adenocarcinoma)) or carcinomas, including cancers of the skin, lung, colon, breast and prostate. Which of these four types of tissue core gives rise to most cancers? Give two reasons why this tissue is more likely to produce cancer cells.

Personally, I do not know how to answer the question, but I tell if an oncologist will be able to connect. Better yet find someone who is considered an expert in cancer research, if you do not know the answer, then obviously the answer has not been found yet!
