What are the main causes of urinary obstruction and retention? Is this possible because of problems with constipation and gas?

I YERS am 63 old, in my case, I am able to urinate only once the gas is released through the anus and also leads to driblling urine and is a very painful experience for me because it causes great pain in the pubic area, back, chest and radiates following my knees. If someone can suggest a solution to this. I consulted several doctors and urologists, but have not been able diagonise of properly as some of them say they have prostate sweet and some say it gal bladder due to weakness or it may be possible due to problems of blockage around producing urine.
