Better Prostate is a vegetarian friendly product that claim to prevent prostate enlargement and urinary tract infections through the power of all natural herbs and minerals, including Saw Palmetto, ginseng, milk thistle and calcium.

This means that taking Better Prostate every day exceeds this amount by 50 mcg which could cause complications within the first day of use and may not be safe for daily supplementation.

It is not safe because it exceeds the recommended daily allowance for chromium which is known to have cause severe genetic problems and reported to have cause liver and kidney damage which may lead to organ failure or death.
Conclusion:
The use of Saw Palmetto is a good thing because researches have shown that it may decrease prostate enlargement and promote prostate health. But this does not come without at a price namely the use of Chromium. Chromium is linked to a myriad of side effects that include organ or genetic damage, organ failure, and death.
