I know nothing about prostate cancer …..?

but a phone call from my mother has just revealed that the father of my doctor "Loved" the tests that were conducted last week in the prostate and wants to run more. He was diagnosed and apparently is very rare in men his age (only 47), but I just want to be a little more informed. Are there doctors and nurses here who are willing to share knowledge? Or is there a good website that anyone knows give me information. Basically, I just want to know how it could be, How fast it moves, etc. I hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
